We currently ship our wood carvings exclusively within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Each piece of wall art is handcrafted with care. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across the UK for a flat rate of £4.99
- Multiple Items: If you purchase more than one item in the same order, you only pay for one standard shipping fee. This means no additional shipping costs for extra items!
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
5. Tracking Your Order

Due to the handcrafted nature of our wood carvings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review the product details and images before making your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or if there is a defect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
